A wonderful and very special antique Bloodstone intaglio signet ring hand carved with two initials; 'MG' or 'GM' if that suits you better! Once someone's significant jewel, now looking for a new place in the world, it remains in barely worn condition and a relic of times past when the skills involved in making such a piece were not such a rarity.
Mounted in a most gorgeously ornamental hand engraved setting of solid 18ct Gold, with feathery hand engraving to the shoulders and all around the bezel. So much attention has been lavished on this unique olden ring. Just exceptional!
The ring size measures a 'K and a half' or '5.5' as is but could be altered somewhat to suit. The panel measures 1cm across.
